Do you deliver across Egypt?

Yes! We deliver to all governorates across Egypt. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Cairo and Giza orders are usually delivered within 1–2 business days.

Standard shipping within Egypt takes 2–5 business days. Express same-day delivery is available in select Cairo areas. You will receive a tracking link by SMS once your order is dispatched.

Yes. Medusa products are 100% cruelty-free — we never test on animals. The majority of our products are vegan. Any product that contains beeswax or honey will be clearly labeled.

Our formulas are designed to be gentle and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We recommend doing a patch test on your inner wrist 24 hours before first use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
